This college is a constituent of City of Dublin Vocational Education Committee. The college is located in the historic Town Hall building in the heart of Rathmines and in two period houses on Leinster Road.

The college has a proud tradition of providing education to the highest standard in a student centred environment & aims to provide quality courses which will prepare students for the future demands of the communities in which they live and work.
