Castlebar College of Further Education aims to provide a learning environment which is stimulating on an intellectual, creative and entrepreneurial level. This learning environment is cultivated by management and teaching staff of the College to encourage each student to develop to their full potential.

CCFE aims to be accessible to people of all ages and from all walks of life. Industry needs and the needs of the local community are very important in designing new courses and the College aims to have links with educational institutions providing further progression to 3rd level courses.

CCFE's premises is located in Newtown, Castlebar, right in the centre of activities in the County town. The facilities in the College are modern and students have access to the very latest technology.
